Meet Mike Morucci
Owner of Morucci Realty
Mike Morucci, a proud graduate of Bloomsburg University and a two-time All-American football player, has deep roots in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Inducted into the BU Football Hall of Fame in 1990, Mike's athletic prowess earned him a spot with the New Orleans Saints as a 7th-round draft pick. Beyond sports, Mike played a pivotal role in the creation of the Geisinger Health Plan, now recognized as one of the most successful programs nationwide. In 1984, Mike founded Morucci Realty, which has since become one of Bloomsburg's leading and most successful student rental companies.
With over 40 years of experience in building and remodeling rental properties, Mike has honed his expertise in both the construction and design of student rentals. His deep connection to the Bloomsburg community has provided him with the insight to acquire prime properties near the university, solidifying Morucci Realty as the go-to landlord in the area. Recently, Mike expanded his business to St. Augustine, Florida, further diversifying his portfolio with long-term, short-term, vacation, and commercial rentals. Mike’s energy and passion for his work continue to grow stronger with time.

A decade ago, Mike’s oldest daughter, Nikki Morucci, began taking an active role in the family business. With deep local roots and a strong family connection, working with Mike and Nikki is both easy and comfortable.
